Exquisite artwork Templitz Victorian figurine
Gorgeous and one of the most detailed early pieces I have run across. Very fine bisque and only tiny professional repair to cat tail and one tiny fingertip. Repairs cannot be seen. Many pictures in all lightings (camera flash, sun and lamplight) have been taken to show the fine detail of this rare amazing piece.

"Booger" Celluloid Googly girl 1930-40
Here is the cutest 10 inch Googly (side glance) girl doll made in celluloid (tested). We call her Booger for no apparent reason other than she has a grumpy look to her.
She has blue blown glass eyes and the cutest body all plump and articulated so her arms pull sideways or swivel up and down.
She wears an awesome 3 piece Swiss flocked cotton outfit which really tells her age as the style is late 1930 early 1940s. The underpiece is a yellow flocked onesy with a dress over that and a cape coat over that with big Bertha capelett style collar.
She has a mohair wig with silk bows, rayon socks and some magic skin rubber shoes. She was kept in a drawer her whole life and is in near mint condition. No breaks, dents, cracks missing paint etc.

Big 29 inch Celluloid model or manniquen doll.
This big girl is a pure mystery. I think she is Italian 1940s. I showed her to a lady in Italy and she thought she may have been produced by the Dedo company who became known for thier smaller dolls but also made other items for display and play.
There are several very unique features that you dont find on many dolls of this era.
She is jointed in 12 places YES! her neck , shoulders, wrists, waist, hips, thighs, ankles.
She is very large, and for celluloid that is a rarity to find in any good condition but she is excellent. She has a wobble tounge She has flirty eyes. She has factory stringing or stand hole in each foot She has row of celluloid teeth She has original earring very old rhinestne embedded in each ear
Her dress, mohair wig and shoes are replaced by the best money can buy. Her dress was 75.00 made in real vintage organdy with a onesy under it
Her mohair wig is a 75.00 long tails wig made with vintage style tails and given two real silk bows to match the dress with vintage flowers.
Her shoes are vintage 1950 child shoes and look so nice on her as well as being a perfect fit.
Her eyes sleep and go from side to side though the movement is slow.
She is really an awesome old mystery doll. I believe she is super rare as I have collected for over 30 years and never seen another. We call her Sophia because she looks like a young Sophia Loren
No noted defect with exception of a tiny wrist crack in each wrist about 2mm. Both have been reinforced inside with glue.

Two Victorian bisque nodders
Here is the oldest nodders I have encountered.
They are two Victorian nodders. Made in high fired bisque and have fired in paint (not the surface painted style of nodders made at later times. These have the full bisque bell like protrusion and I believe were made pre 1900. They are 6.50 inches tall by about 3 inches wide. They nod and bob beautifully though are not perfect.
There are two chip repairs to the neck of the nodder holding books with two hairline cracks emanating from the one chip. The cracks are reinforced from underneath to strengthen it.(I have shown close up photo).
Both have thier original primirtive wire eye glasses that went into the holes on the side of thier eyes but the glasses are so rusty they were leaving marks on the bisque and so have been removed to preserve thier lovely bisque faces, they will come with them, but I think new ones need to be bent into position.
The pink bonnet nodder has a hairline through the rim of her bonnet that I can not see with my actual eyes, but found with the camera close photo and then caould see in the bright sunlight.
The unqique blue dressing gown nodder is molded wearing a white rococo (French court style) wig over her blonde hair which I believe is another testiment to thier very early age
Look at them!! rare editions to a nodder collection and funny just sitting on a bookshelf bobbing along at any breeze.
